Listing Policy

You are ultimately responsible for making sure that buying an item or selling your item is allowed on Supplies2Go and is not prohibited in UK law (see the Supplies2Go Prohibited list for a list of items which may not be listed on Supplies2Go).

Prohibited means that the item may not be listed on Supplies2Go. Any sale or purchase of items on the prohibited list will be made entirely at the buyer/sellers discretion and Supplies2Go will not be resposible for any consequences of the transaction, or be responsible for any items listed on the site.
We will make every effort to ensure prohibited items are not listed and will remove them as soon as we are made aware of their existence.

Items on the prohibited list cannot be listed on the site either free or for exchange (swap) for other items. This applies to the buyer and the seller.

This list is regularly updated and is part of your user agreement. It is your responsibility as a user of the Supplies2Go site to check this policy before listing an item or buying an item. This guide does not constitute legal advice and professional advice should be sought in the event of uncertainty.

You are part of the Supplies2Go community and as a member you should encourage the participation of sellers who take their transactions seriously with the posting of items that fall within the site rules and guidelines.
